When you purchase an original painting, you are buying the physical artwork to own and enjoy, not the copyright.

The copyright remains the property of Monae Lange unless it has been formally transferred to the buyer in writing or it has expired.

Unless one of these conditions applies, purchasing an original artwork does not grant you the right to reproduce it in any form. This includes prints, cards, posters, clothing, or other products. You are acquiring the right to possess and appreciate the artwork, but not to copy, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia and any other applicable laws in the country of residence of the buyer.
