Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind.

If there is a fault with the product, we will happily exchange or replace your item. Please email Monae at artbymonaelange@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photo evidence of the damage. For prints, you will be issued a replacement. For original paintings, I will work with you to assess the issue and find a suitable solution.

Commissioned/In Progress Work

If a deposit for a commissioned piece has been paid and there is a change of mind/cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.

If a deposit has been paid to secure a piece that is in progress and there is a change of mind/cancellation, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied to the deposited balance.
