All orders are tracked, once shipped you will receive an email with a tracking reference.

Due to freight prices varying greatly depending on cubic volume (dimensions and weight) and location, we require a full address to supply a quote for international shipping. Please fill out the international shipping enquiry form here to receive a quote.

Please allow up to 30 days from dispatch date to receive your order (this allows delays to be accounted for).

If there is a fault with the product, we will happily exchange or replace your item. Please email me at artbymonaelange@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photo evidence of the damage. For prints, you will be issued a replacement. For original paintings, I will work with you to assess the issue and find a suitable solution.
