This artwork explores the connection between visualisation, healing and transformation. The echinacea flower is well known for its medicinal properties, specifically in the immune system. Butterflies are a symbol of transformation. In order to transform we need to heal ourselves, this requires reflection; actually seeing and understanding where we are right now. How can we move forward without acknowledging our present self?
